Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Shopify. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your purchased materials.

Refund Policy

Because our services are delivered as digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances vary. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Refund requests should be sent to our contact email with your order number and reason for the request.
